St. Isidore Ashphalte to Sponsor NB Curling Club Championships
Since its introduction, the New Brunswick Curling Club Championships has proven to be a popular event on the Provincial curling calendar. It gives club curlers a chance to represent their Province at a National Championship and provide participants with an experience that will last a lifetime. Curling NB wants to ensure that the club championship continues to thrive and to help make that happen we’re very pleased to announce a sponsorship agreement with St-Isidore Asphalt as title sponsor for the next three years starting in 2023. Located in Northeast New Brunswick, St-Isidore Asphalt has proven itself in the field of road construction for over 40 years.
President Ronald Losier is an avid curling member of the Tracadie-Sheila Curling Club and in fact he actually owns that building. As part of the agreement the club championships will be held at least once in the Northeast zone.
I am sad that my curling club had to close last year due to the covid pandemic. I don’t know about you, but last winter I stood on the concrete floor of my club and I found myself, just looking around with a big grin on my face saying to myself how great it would be to be back on the ice again. So, I hope you will enjoy the season at your respecting clubs.
The friendship, camaraderie and fun that I enjoyed during my curling career are the reasons why St-Isidore Asphalt and I decided to sponsor the Men’s and Women’s Provincial Club Championships for the next three years starting in March 2023.
The Club Championships organizers are planning a full list of events so that we will be able to take advantage of our time together when we gather at next year’s event in Moncton. What an exciting time to be involved with the Club Championship!
For all these reasons, the organizers of the Men’s and Women’s Provincial Club Championships and I declare that we will curl, celebrate and enjoy the New Brunswick Clubs Championships with friends new and old.

Je suis triste que mon club de curling soit fermé année passé en raison de la pandémie de covid. Je ne sais pas pour vous, mais l’hiver passé, je me suis tenu debout sur le sol de béton de mon club. Je me suis retrouvé à regarder autour de moi, avec un grand sourire sur mon visage, en me disant comment ce serait génial d’être de retour sur la glace à nouveau. Donc, j’espère que vous profitez de la saison dans vos clubs respectueux.
L’amitié, la camaraderie et le plaisir que j’ai apprécié au cours de ma carrière de curling sont les raisons pour laquelle St-Isidore Asphalte et moi-même avons décidé de commanditer les Championnats provinciaux masculins et féminins des clubs pour les trois prochaines années à partir de mars 2023.
Les organisateurs des Championnats des clubs planifient une liste complète d’événements afin que nous puissions profiter de notre temps ensemble lorsque nous nous réunirons l’an prochain à Moncton. Quelle période excitante pour être impliqué avec les organisateurs de ce championnat!
Pour toutes ces raisons, les organisateurs des Championnats provinciaux masculins et féminins des Clubs et moi-même déclarons que nous allons “curler”, faire la fête et profiter des Championnats des Clubs du Nouveau-Brunswick avec d’anciens et de nouveaux amis.
